Why Monel 400 Bolts:

Monel 400 bolts is a high nickel alloy bolt which sutains at very high tempratures very long lasting. This is one of the most important charachtristic of this grade fasteners carrying more than 50 percent of it by nickel alloy.

Monel 400 Bolts manufacturing Process :

There are two methods of manufacturing this nickel alloy bolts. These bolts can be manufactured by hot forging work if the quantity is low volume and even if size is bigger to avoid higher tooling cost and another one is cold forming work which only advisable and applied in case of small and big volume or quantity requirement.
